Unlike most competitors, all Titan handler kits can be purchased without heater plates to further reduce the cost and lead time of the handler kit.
Titan also offers a proprietary compliant workpress for Seiko Epson NS Handler kits that is optimally designed for small packaging ranging from 3x3-15x15mm. A compliant workpress dramatically increases socket pogo pin life and minimizes the impact of package thickness variation.
