Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Worksite location: Ladera Ranch, CA
Job Description: Under the supervision of President, detail concept and design of semiconductor test hardware. Gather design data from the customer base, including semiconductor production testers integration and automation package handlers. Design test head docking, fixture hardware, sockets and device handler kits. Manufacture supplier fabrication and insure quality through routine investigations. Conduct final customer installations and provide on-site support when necessary.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer/Designer, Test Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
Special Requirements: Requires experience in: 1) Back End Semiconductor Production Testing; 2) modeling and drafting software like Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, AutoCad; 3) ANSI 14.5; 4) GD&T; 5) Tolerance Stack-up Analysis. Requires knowledge of 6) Back End Semiconductor Production Test Solutions.
